Legal Assistant & Junior Legal Assistant
Our New Build Department are looking to add a Legal Assistant and Junior Legal Assistant to the team. The ideal Legal Assistant candidate would have an understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish and previous new build experience would be preferred. The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills, be able to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment, whilst managing client expectation. Maintaining a tidy case management system for each matter will also form part of the role. NFL only takes on a manageable workload allowing us to provide a superior service to our clients. This is an office-based role positioned at our Benfleet office. The Junior Legal Assistant role is one for a candidate with no legal experience but keen to take their first step in the world of conveyancing in a supportive environment with achievable, progression able opportunities

Licensed Conveyancer / Property Solicitor
As a Conveyancer in the Residential Team, you will reporting to the Head of Department. Responsibilities of this role include ensuring high performing workstreams and running a manageable caseload of matters with robust support. The successful candidate will be expected to balance commercial considerations with risks, offering balanced and bespoke advice whilst offering excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels. A minimum two years PQE as a Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer are essential, along with an extensive background in conveyancing. In return, you will receive a lucrative package including a very heathy salary and holiday allowance, hybrid working, pension scheme membership, paid volunteer leave, reduced or free legal fees, death in service cover and fantastic learning and development opportunities. This role will allow you to have a real say in how the team and department move forward with other internally recognisable positions available to run alongside this role.
