Conveyancing Legal Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a talented Conveyancing Legal Assistant. You will play an integral part of our growing and very successful team providing exceptional levels of customer service to our lawyers and clients ensuring a successful and smooth transaction. Responsibilities include file opening and initial correspondence with clients and solicitors on the other side of the transaction, producing first drafts of legal forms, post completion duties, dealing with completion and liaising with clients, agents and other solicitors. This role will suit someone who has considerable experience gained from working in a property team in a law firm. You will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and stay calm under pressure. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as well as being a great communicator and a confident telephone manner to engage with our clients is required. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00.
