New Homes Conveyancer


There is a great opportunity to join our growing firm as a New Homes Conveyancer.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of managing a new homes conveyancing caseload of transactions alongside team members.  The candidate would be expected to meet strict time critical deadlines and provide updates regularly so good communication skills are required.  Previous experience of new homes would be preferable, but not essential.

Residential Conveyancer


We are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to our exciting conveyancing team.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries and new work, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts and compiling completion statements amongst other roles and responsibilities.

Commercial Paralegal


We are looking for a permanent and full time Commercial Property Paralegal.  The role is to support the Commercial Property Partner in the management of the caseload by actioning legal procedures as directed.  3 years of experience in Commercial Property work is preferable,  but not essential. You will get lots of client interaction and be given the chance to help grow this dynamic team as they expand their client base, so good communication skills are required.

Practice Manager Asst


We are looking for a Practice Manager Assistant to join our busy practice support team, based in our Benfleet office.

The role: Closely supporting the Practice Manager to continue building upon the recent success of the firm, support the wider team and to help oversee day-to-day operations and processes.

Requirements: Possess drive to develop the business and those around you, hold strong communication skills, an understanding of basic IT operations, be able to travel to any office, have strong administration, time management and organisational skills, are able to think on their feet in a busy working environment and able to multi-task, work hard and maintain high level of attention to detail when under pressure.

Property Solicitor


We are currently recruiting for a Property Solicitor, preferably but not essentially, with at least 2-3 years PQE to join our growing firm. You’ll be working on existing residential and commercial property files with assistant and secretarial support.  Flexible working arrangements can be considered for the right candidate.  The work is non panel and all referral based.

We cap all of our file loads and will turn work away rather than overload the successful applicant.
