New Homes Conveyancer


There is a great opportunity to join our growing firm as a New Homes Conveyancer.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of managing a new homes conveyancing caseload of transactions alongside team members.  The candidate would be expected to meet strict time critical deadlines and provide updates regularly so good communication skills are required.  Previous experience of new homes would be preferable, but not essential.

Residential Conveyancer


We are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to our exciting conveyancing team.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries and new work, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts and compiling completion statements amongst other roles and responsibilities.

Conveyancing Assistant


We are looking for a permanent and full time Conveyancing Assistant to work at our Hockley office.  The role is to assist Conveyancers in the management of caseload by actioning legal procedures as directed by the Conveyancer.  The role will require that the successful candidate deals with file related queries by telephone and email.  File management will be a regular task undertaken by the candidate and previous experience in this role is preferable.
