Conveyancing/Private Client Manager based in Billericay

There is a great opportunity to join our growing firm as a Conveyancing/Private Client Manager coming in at a senior level within the business.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of managing two departments as well as a conveyancing caseload of transactions.  The candidate would be expected to meet targets as well as introducing new lines of business to the firm.  Previous experience of managing a team, department or even a satellite office is essential.  Private Client experience would be preferable, but not essential.

Experienced Residential Conveyancer based in Billericay

We are looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to our exciting Billericay conveyancing team.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries and new work, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts, compiling completion statements and file checking amongst other roles and responsibilities.  Secretarial support is available with this role.

New Build Fee Earner/Senior Assistant based in Benfleet

We are looking to add a New Build Fee Earner/Senior Assistant to our exciting team.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts, compiling completion statements and file checking amongst other roles and responsibilities.  Previous experience of managing a team or department would be preferable.

Senior Conveyancer/Manager based in Hockley

There is a great opportunity to join our growing firm as a Senior Conveyancer/Manager coming in at a senior level within the business.  The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of managing a department as well as a conveyancing caseload of transactions. The candidate would be expected to meet targets as well as introducing new lines of business to the firm.  The successful candidate must be a good troubleshooter and previous experience of managing a team, department or even a satellite office is essential.

Accounts Asst/Admin & Marketing Asst based in Benfleet

An opening has become available for an exciting role covering various departments with the firm.  The successful candidate needs to work well within a team, individually when required and preferably have some knowledge of CLC accounts rules.  They need to have good IT skills and familiar with modern accountancy practices and software.  The applicant should be trustworthy, reliable, approachable and must be willing to carry out admin tasks when required.  Some marketing and sales experience would be favourable, particularly in conveyancing.
