Front of House Executive - Hockley

 

A new job is available to join our Essex based legal firm as a Front of House Receptionist, based in Hockley.  This role will involve front of house duties and soft facilities.  The ideal candidate will have previous customer facing experience, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Some of the duties are dealing with phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining meeting rooms, supporting the Practice Manager with their responsibilities in the office, postal duties, scanning, filing, and photocopying.  Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00.  In return we offer a competitive basic salary plus discretionary annual bonus scheme, great holiday entitlement (including the festive period off with no requirement to use allowance) and more!

Licensed Conveyancer / Property Solicitor

 

As a Conveyancer in the Residential Team, you will reporting to the Head of Department.  Responsibilities of this role include ensuring high performing workstreams and running a manageable caseload of matters with robust support. The successful candidate will be expected to balance commercial considerations with risks, offering balanced and bespoke advice whilst offering excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels.  A minimum two years PQE as a Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer are essential, along with an extensive background in conveyancing.  In return, you will receive a lucrative package including a very heathy salary and holiday allowance, hybrid working, pension scheme membership, paid volunteer leave, reduced or free legal fees, death in service cover and fantastic learning and development opportunities.  This role will allow you to have a real say in how the team and department move forward with other internally recognisable positions available to run alongside this role.
