Client Enquiry Specialist
We are looking to add a further Client Enquiry Specialist to our exciting Client Enquiry and Onboarding Team. Since the formation of this team in 2024, and its success ever since, we are now looking to expand the team even further to align with our business goals. The role is a varied one, but the main responsibilities are to assist new clients with their initial enquiries, quote creation and answering any queries they may have during their onboarding process. Data analysis and regular reporting form the other main parts of this exciting role. The successful candidate should have a reasonable understanding of the conveyancing process with particular knowledge of common queries when discussing a conveyancing quote. We would particularly welcome applicants that have a conveyancing background but are looking at using that knowledge, away from day-to-day conveyancing case work. Private Client and Commercial Property knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential. In return, you will receive a lucrative package including a very heathy salary and holiday allowance, hybrid working possibilities, pension scheme membership, paid volunteer leave, reduced or free legal fees and fantastic learning, development and progression opportunities with other internally recognisable positions available to run alongside this role.
