Before beginning his finance career, Aaron served in the Royal Navy as a Radar and Sonar Specialist, travelling the world and gaining valuable experience. He later completed his AAT Level 2 Foundation and Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, combining his technical skills with a passion for problem-solving and efficiency. Today, Aaron leads the Finance team with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement and driving efficiency across the business, while continuing to develop his own skills. Outside of work, Aaron is a keen sports enthusiast, regularly competing in triathlons and running events, and enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
