Aaron has been in the Finance department at NFL now for over 7 years.  Prior to this, Aaron was a member of the Royal Navy travelling the world as a Radar and Sonar specialist.  Having previously gained an AAT level 2 foundation and then an AAT level 3 diploma in accounting, he has climbed the ladder quickly at NFL from starting out as a Financial Assistant to being the Head of Finance.  Aaron heads up the Finance team at NFL and is keen to continue learning new skills and making the department as efficient as possible.  Outside of work Aaron is a sports fan, both playing and watching, as well as spending time with his family and dogs.

Alexandra is an onboarding specialist helping our clients with their conveyancing journey at NFL.  Alexandra has over six years of experience in the legal sector, with a strong focus on the onboarding side of conveyancing.  She specialises in providing quotes for sales, new purchases, and residential transactions, helping to ensure a smooth start to the client journey.  Her experience, paired with her friendly and professional approach, makes her a key point of contact for clients during the early stages of their transaction.  Alexandra is based at our Benfleet office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, horse riding, and cooking.

Ana joined Nairnsey Fisher & Lewis in November 2025 as Legal Assistant in the New Build team.  As well as working, Ana is focused toward becoming a qualified Solicitor through the SQE route.  Ana holds A-levels in Law, an LLB, and an LLM, and is committed to developing her career within the conveyancing sector while supporting the legal team at NFL.  Outside of work, Ana enjoys going to the gym, baking, and spending time with her dogs.

Audrey has been working in the world of Conveyancing for over 37 years and qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009.  As a Senior Associate, Audrey brings a wealth of experience to NFL and is dedicated to her work and clients, going above and beyond when necessary. Audrey is vastly experienced with many areas of Conveyancing such as Transfers of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Development work, Unregistered purchases and sales and loves forming strong relationships with referrers and clients.  Amongst other things, outside of work Audrey loves reading and socialising.

Chloe joined the firm in 2023 and has gained experience in the administrative side of the firm and the new build team, working on the New Build transaction process and working closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers. Chloe’s hobbies and interests include dancing and reading and she is based at our Benfleet office. Chloe’s mission is to make steady progress in the quality of her work and be a great support to clients and staff wherever she can.

Harrison joined NFL in 2024 as a Junior Legal Assistant and gained valuable experience in Property Law following three years of studying law at the University where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law. Very shortly after his placement,  Harrison was promoted to Legal Assistant and then in late 2025 was further promoted to a Paralegal role after joining the Commercial team. Harrison’s hobbies & interests include playing Tennis and keeping up with professional sports, especially football. Harrison is based at our Hockley office and his mission is to become a qualified solicitor.

Isabelle has passed her CILEx Legal Administration and Law Level 2 and 3 and is now beginning her career in Law with NFL, having joined in mid-2024.  Isabelle is hoping to expand her legal knowledge and to become a valuable support staff member to the Legal teams.  Outside of work she enjoys running as well as spending time with family and friends.  Isabelle is based at our Hockley branch.

James joined the firm in 2024 with over 8 years of experience in Conveyancing and has been a qualified solicitor since 2018 with an LLB Honors qualification. James is experienced in many areas of Residential Conveyancing including purchases, Re-Mortgages, Newbuild transactions, and Lease extensions. James is based at our Hockley office and their mission is to ensure all clients are understood and supported fairly throughout the process. James’ hobbies include sightseeing and enjoying days out with his family.

Kajdija joined the firm in 2024 with over 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing and the legal industry with an LLB Honors qualification. Kadija is experienced in many areas of Residential Conveyancing including purchases, Re-Mortgages, and Newbuild transactions. Kajdija is based at our Benfleet office and is on their mission to complete her SQE and become a solicitor. Kajida’s hobbies and interests include playing Tennis, Reading, and keeping up with TV soaps, especially Eastenders.

Melanie has over 26 years’ experience in  Conveyancing and specialises in New Build plot purchases and related sales. Melanie jointly heads up a team of assistants and ensures that only the highest standards are maintained throughout any transactions that she and the team are dealing with.  Melanie works closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers to offer you an outstanding personal service to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.  Melanie has also worked in many other areas of Conveyancing including residential sales & purchases, leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions amongst others

Zoe joined the firm in 2024 with over 15 years of experience in the legal industry with an ILEX Diploma in Legal Executives qualification. Zoe is experienced in supporting busy and demanding Conveyancing teams at Central London Law for Sales and Leasehold Transactions. Zoe’s hobbies and interests include swimming, walking, going to spin classes, and spending quality time with her two young children, friends, and family. Zoe’s mission is to obtain CILEX and expand her legal knowledge and skill set.
