Aaron has been in the Finance department at NFL now for over 7 years.  Prior to this, Aaron was a member of the Royal Navy travelling the world as a Radar and Sonar specialist.  Having previously gained an AAT level 2 foundation and then an AAT level 3 diploma in accounting, he has climbed the ladder quickly at NFL from starting out as a Financial Assistant to being the Head of Finance.  Aaron heads up the Finance team at NFL and is keen to continue learning new skills and making the department as efficient as possible.  Outside of work Aaron is a sports fan, both playing and watching, as well as spending time with his family and dogs.

Amy joined the firm in 2024 as an Assistant Practice Manager having gained valuable experience in office management and operations with previous employers.  Amy frequents all of our offices and provides support in every aspect of the practice’s functionality.  Her mission at NFL is to follow the company’s vision to provide the quality of service, and to add value in every element of the business. Amy is eager to support our strategy to support employee productivity and success.

Canan is a Commercial Property Solicitor with many years of experience in her chosen field. Canan joined NFL’s Commercial team  in 2024 and has experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, property finance, development work and has a Legal 500 firm background.  Canan is based at our Billericay office.

Charlotte has over 4 years’ experience in  Conveyancing having previously been a Legal Secretary in London.  Charlotte holds a Legal Secretary Diploma. Charlotte is a Conveyancing Executive in the New Build team, working closely with established property developers nationwide.  Charlotte is based at our Benfleet office and is keen to further her career within the industry and firm and to progress as far as possible!

Chelsey is a Client Enquiry Specialist  helping our clients with their conveyancing journey at NFL.  Chelsey has previously worked as a Legal Assistant giving her the technical knowledge, on top of her approachable nature, which is a perfect mix to aid our clients as and when they need it  Chelsey is based at our Benfleet office.

Isabelle has passed her CILEx Legal Administration and Law Level 2 and 3 and is now beginning her career in Law with NFL, having joined in mid-2024.  Isabelle is hoping to expand her legal knowledge and to become a valuable support staff member to the Legal teams.  Outside of work she enjoys running as well as spending time with family and friends.  Isabelle is based at our Hockley branch.

Lauren joined the firm in early 2023.  She is a skilled and personable Private Client Solicitor who qualified in February 2018 and became specialist in Private Client over the last few years.  Lauren worked in Conveyancing for two years prior to working in Private Client.  Lauren is based at our Billericay office and is keen to provide our clients with the best service possible.  Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, and the theatre. She loves to travel and does yoga or pilates on a weekly basis.

Lilly has over 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing and a First Class Law Degree.  Lilly has experience in Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Residential purchases, Residential sales, ‘Buy to let’ transactions, Leasehold transactions and Landlord and Tenant (Residential) transactions.  Lilly hopes to one day qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.  Lilly is based at our Benfleet office and outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and travelling to experience new things.

Megan joined the firm in early 2023.  She has 9-months experience within the Private Client department.  She has experience in wills, probate, and LPA’s as well as a small amount of experience in trusts and court of protection.  Megan has amazing academics achieving a First in their law degree.  Previously she worked in a Litigation department focusing on probate disputes, however, is passionate about her Private Client Paralegal role.

Mithila is a qualified Solicitor and has been working in the Conveyancing sector for over 22 years.  She is experienced in many areas and aspects of property law including Residential Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages and Leasehold transactions to name but a few.  Mithila is based at our Benfleet office and outside of work likes reading, socialising and exploring new places.

Phoebe has gained valuable experience in Conveyancing spanning nearly a year, following three years of studying Law at University where she successfully completed her LLB in Law and International Business.  Phoebe hopes to one day qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.  Phoebe is based at our Benfleet office and outside of work she enjoys running and is part of a running club.  Phoebe also loves a challenge and to fundraise, she has trained for 2 marathons to fundraise for breast cancer.  Aside from fitness she enjoys reading, and spending time with my family and friends.

Rachel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has been working in the Legal sector since 1997.  She is experienced in many areas and aspects of commercial property law including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial property for companies and individuals as well as being a specialist in Rights of Light cases, amongst others.  Rachel offers an excellent service to all clients throughout the process with a pro-active approach to her work.  Rachel has been described as chatty, confident and with a great personality by others. 

Tracey has over 35 years’ experience in Conveyancing and has assisted in many areas of property law including Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Commercial matters and Leasehold transactions over this period.  Tracey gets job satisfaction by ensuring that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.  Tracey is based at our Hockley office and is always happy to help clients of the firm as well as providing knowledge, assistance and guidance to our more junior employees.  Outside of work Tracey enjoys craft work.
